More than 20 companies have selected Gradifi in the past two months to provide its innovative student loan repayment benefit to attract and retain employees in today’s increasingly competitive job market.

Gradifi’s new corporate clients include Regal Credit Management, Ozzy USA, Thunder 11, ADK, Neurotrack, Baycoast Bank, Carmon Funeral Homes, Dots, MRP, Mohawk Fine Papers and Western Union. In addition to these firms, Gradifi also provides its student loan repayment platform to Penguin Random House, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and First Republic Bank.

The new client wins follow the recent endorsement of Gradifi’s solution by the American Bankers Association’s subsidiary, Corporation for American Banking. That relationship will enable banks to offer Gradifi’s SLP Plan™ (Student Loan Paydown) benefit to the Association’s members at preferred pricing.

"Gradifi allowed us to seamlessly integrate a student loan repayment benefit program into our existing offerings and help employees accelerate the pay-off of their student loans," said Paul Murphy, co-founder and CEO for creative gaming studio Dots. “Offering an employee benefit that allows talented people to pay off student debt faster is a competitive advantage.”

Tim DeMello, CEO of Gradifi, said, “We’ve seen a strong increase in demand in the past few months as companies look for ways to attract top talent and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. At companies offering Gradifi’s solution, the response from employees has been very positive. Working with First Republic Bank, one of the country’s most well-respected financial institutions, has also given us additional expertise and resources to reach even more companies.”

First Republic acquired Gradifi in December 2016 and has been working with the company to expand its national footprint to address the more than $1.4 trillion in student loans.
