Copywriter

Boston, MA

Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Marketing Copywriter to develop Gradifi’s brand voice and bring it to life across a number of mediums including emails, landing pages, web content, collateral, product, video scripts, RFPs and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities. The Marketing Copywriter will initially report directly to Chief Marketing Officer, and be a key member of our creative team producing compelling and action-oriented content for multiple audiences at every stage of the customer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop the Gradifi brand voice and adapt it for all channels and audiences.
  • Write engaging copy across all channels and formats including emails, landing pages, website, product, video, collateral and more.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Work closely with product team on user-facing copy in the interfaces of software products.
  • Proofread and copyedit all copy that the company puts out with a keen attention to detail.
  • Apply SEO and other digital best practices to all web content.
  • Work independently and manage multiple products simultaneously.
  • Collaborate well across departments with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet business goals while keeping a consistent voice across channels.

Software Engineer

Boston, MA

We’re looking for a solid mid-level full-stack engineer with a focus on front-end technologies. In this position, you will work closely with architects, DevOps, QA, business users and other developers to implement features and resolve technical issues related to our product. You will also build and maintain tools and work on strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for learning and will be an active participant in the development community.

Duties and Responsibilities

Role Requirements

Product Marketing Manager

Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and work in this cross-functional role to help shape, launch, and market our products while putting the customer first. We are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking and project management skills, and a passion for developing creative marketing solutions that meet customer needs. The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for product positioning, consumer research, educating and engaging our users, and driving a high quality customer experience. The right candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a product marketing role, preferably in a B2B software company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support development of the brand and product positioning, and assist in bringing that positioning to market, including for new features and products.
  • Build and manage an evolving suite of resources for current and prospective users, including best practice guides, webinars, and videos.
  • Take an analytical approach to optimizing user onboarding, feature adoption and education, and release management.
  • Leverage market research to better understand customer needs and represent the voice of the user in the product.
  • Develop all employee and employer client marketing materials.

Email Marketing Associate

Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for an Email Marketing Associate to join our team and take on all email initiatives from development to execution. We are looking for someone with excellent html and analytical skills and a passion for using email to achieve business goals. The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving member engagement through email as well as increasing response rates from prospective clients. The right candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in an email marketing role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee email execution including deployment, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for our members, clients and prospects
  • Create, test, and deploy responsive emails and email campaigns in HTML/CSS
  • Build automated campaigns and nurture streams using complex decision-making logic
  • Report on key metrics including but not limited to: open rates, CTR, conversion rate and engagement score
  • Use reporting results to propose improvements in processes, content and campaigns to improve email effectiveness

Account Manager

Boston, MA

At Gradifi, the Account Manager is responsible for fostering an excellent relationship with Gradifi employer clients to ensure a successful benefits program and maximize employee participation. Individuals in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for top tier employer clients. The Account Manager plays an important role in bridging the relationship between the client and customer support by ensuring that the client and their participants receive a high rate of satisfaction via the support experience. The Account Manager seeks to grow the client’s participation in Gradifi’s programs by identifying offerings in which the client’s base of participants would most benefit. The individual in this role will serve as an advocate for the client by working cross functionally to ensure that operational and product initiatives requested by the client and accepted by Gradifi are executed seamlessly. The Account Manager also is responsible for tracking the client’s pricing agreements with Gradifi and ensusing that renewals and pricing changes are executed. This role reports to the Director of Product Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact to the client administrative users.
  • Ensure that the client’s onboarding experience is successful through collaboration with client onboarding, product and project management resources.
  • Monitor client satisfaction rates through the support channel and help identify and resolve deficiencies with the support team.
  • Utilize metrics supplied by reporting functions within Gradifi to identify trends in client program performance.
  • Provide the client with program performances reviews on a no less frequent than quarterly basis.
  • Identify opportunities for program growth and upsell clients on additional Gradifi administered programs.
  • Work cross functionally with the product and technology team to ensure the successful execution of client requested projects.
  • Work with the Gradifi marketing team to develop print materials and other collateral that will assist the client in growing participation in their Gradifi benefits programs.
  • Make occasional site visits as needed to foster the relationship, including but not limited to the client’s benefits open enrollment periods.
  • Track contractual milestones and pricing renewals between the client and Gradifi.

Role Requirements

  • 5 years or more experience within an account management function, preferably within a benefits administration, financial services or fin tech industry.

The Gradifi Account Executive will manage all aspects of prospect development from inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities of small to midsize businesses from pre-sale through close. The Gradifi Account Executive will be the in-market sales specialist and resource to expand Gradifi’s client base. This position requires developed B2B sales skills, with a desire to learn and promote a new product and technology in the benefit industry. Gradifi’s fast paced and growth trajectory requires the sales team to be motivated, detail focused, with individuals who are looking for a new challenge. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies and actively pursues potential new business opportunities.
