Software Engineer

Boston, MA

We’re looking for a solid mid-level full-stack engineer with a focus on front-end technologies. In this position, you will work closely with architects, DevOps, QA, business users and other developers to implement features and resolve technical issues related to our product. You will also build and maintain tools and work on strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for learning and will be an active participant in the development community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain code related to our core product.
  • Identify and establish expertise in an area of the codebase that provides value to the team—team members are encouraged to specialize and take ownership.
  • Collaborate with team members to arrive at processes and standards that adhere to industry best practices.

Role Requirements

  • Expertise in JavaScript: e.g. knowledge of ‘generators’, isomorphic JavaScript, SPA architectures
  • Experience with React, Node, Flux / mobx
  • 2-5 years of contemporary experience building scale web applications in a managed language — preferably .NET
  • Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server and knowledge of NoSQL technologies: e.g. Cassandra, Redis, Hadoop, or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Publisher / Subscriber architectures: e.g. NServiceBus or Rebus
  • Experience with mobile web development
  • Familiarity with MSMQ or RabbitMQ

Business Intelligence Engineer

Boston, MA

In this position as a mid-level to senior Business Intelligence Engineer you will work closely with Operations, DevOps, Product Owners and Developers to build a reporting architecture that will serve as the foundation for future projects: Namely, projects related to data visualization, data mining and machine learning. We’re looking for someone to assist with the design and implementation of a BI platform that they will ultimately own. The ideal candidate would be someone who likes to build new things and is quantitatively minded with demonstrated expertise in their domain.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain a BI platform to support OLAP.
  • Architect systems that can periodically analyze data.
  • Build and maintain ETL.
  • Assist with documentation when required.
  • Assist with general operations tasks.

Role Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, etc. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Demonstrated expertise in TSQL: stored procedures, functions, etc.
  • Architect level expertise in SQL Server’s Analysis Services. Specifically, as it relates to warehouse design and use.
  • Experience with machine learning systems, or experience using Machine Learning as a SAAS.
  • Proficiency in building ETL.
  • Working knowledge of a scripted language: PowerShell preferred.

BI Reporting Analyst

In this position as a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst you should have experience in data analytics and metrics optimization. We are interested in furthering our data collection and analysis practices, so you will be responsible for instituting new policies, procedures and programs from the ground up. We’ll need you to put the data we collect to practical use, with the end goal of maximizing profits, increasing our efficiency, and measuring client success initiatives. You’ll be responsible for processing several different types of data, including those related to our website and online presence. You will work closely with Client Success, Marketing and other parts of the business to outline the requirements for measuring customer engagement and KPI’s for client success. You will work closely with Operations, DevOps and Product Owners to build a reporting architecture that will serve as the foundation for analysis, prediction and decision making procedures.

Marketing Copywriter

Boston, MA

Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Marketing Copywriter to develop Gradifi’s brand voice and bring it to life across a number of mediums including emails, landing pages, web content, collateral, product, video scripts, RFPs and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities. The Marketing Copywriter will initially report directly to Chief Marketing Officer, and be a key member of our creative team producing compelling and action-oriented content for multiple audiences at every stage of the customer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop the Gradifi brand voice and adapt it for all channels and audiences.
  • Write engaging copy across all channels and formats including emails, landing pages, website, product, video, collateral and more.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Work closely with product team on user-facing copy in the interfaces of software products.
  • Proofread and copyedit all copy that the company puts out with a keen attention to detail.
  • Apply SEO and other digital best practices to all web content.
  • Work independently and manage multiple products simultaneously.
  • Collaborate well across departments with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet business goals while keeping a consistent voice across channels.

Sales Development Representative

The Gradifi Sales Development Representative will help identify employers looking to offer meaningful benefits for an engaged and empowered workforce. The SDR will manage all aspects of prospect development for outbound opportunities through pre-sale, qualifying opportunity, and handoff to Director. This position will best suit a highly motivated, detail-focused individual who is looking for a new challenge. The candidate should be able to work efficiently and effectively in both a team environment as well as independently. This role provides the opportunity for internal growth and added responsibilities as goals are exceeded.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for Sales Directors.
  • Effectively use sales enablement tools to make initial contact and qualify prospects.
  • Complete outbound cold calls/emails and follow up
  • Utilize information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position business to prospect.
  • Coordinate with Sales Director in hand-off when opening an opportunity and in some cases, see through the full sales process with accounts.
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects’ risks and needs, and present Gradifi’s unique value proposition to convert prospect to qualified opportunity.
  • Assists Directors in the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion.
